What are Loyality Reward Points?

As a way to say thank you to our customers, The Red Thread Trading Company will reward you with a 10% store credit based on the total order dollar amount of each purchase, to be used on a future purchase.

How does the Loyality Reward Points work?

Once your order has been shipped from The Red Thread Trading Company, 10% of the total order (after any discounts and/or specials) will be added to your Loyality Reward Points Account.

How do I use the Loyality Reward Points?

On the checkout page with your next order, your Loyality Reward Points balance will be listed and you will be asked if you want to apply that amount to the total of the current order. If there is still a balance, then you will need to select another payment method to cover the balance of your order.

Loyality Reward Points do not apply to shipping charges.

There is no minimum purchase required.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. Rewards are calculated on the total dollar of purchase excluding shipping and any applicable taxes.

Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?
Yes

Loyality Reward Pointsare effective April 1, 2009. Purchases prior to April 1, 2009 are not included in the Loyality Reward Points Program.
