PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax, Arizona residents only, are calculated and added to
the total order at check out.

SHIPPING
Orders will typically be shipped out within one day of payment. If an item is out of stock, then it may take longer, however an
email will be sent out to advise on the status of your order.
RETURN POLICY
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase made from The Red Thread Trading
Company. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may
return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please send returns to: The Red
Thread Trading Company, 4520 E. Badger Way, Phoenix, AZ 85044. Since I am not
responsible for any lost or damaged packages sent, I recommend insuring the
parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable
method. Please include your name, address and telephone number and the reason
you are returning the item. A prompt refund to your PayPal account will be made
once product has been received.

Trading Company does not have access to any other site information and neither
do other sites have access to ours. We do not contact customers unless requested
by those individuals inquiring about our products or services.
